MarginIQ and the AskPooshkar WhatsApp bot (phone +1 555 925 2698) are owned and operated by Pooshkar Rajiv. Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pooshkar Rajiv, the sole operator of these services.

MarginIQ helps restaurants understand and protect their margin by ingesting supplier invoice data and computing per-dish profitability. This policy describes what data we collect and how we handle it.

About the operator

These services are provided by Pooshkar Rajiv as an individual operator. The brands "MarginIQ" and "AskPooshkar" both belong to Pooshkar Rajiv; the AskPooshkar WhatsApp bot at +1 555 925 2698 is registered to and managed by Pooshkar Rajiv via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Government-issued identification has been provided to Meta as part of the business verification process.

What we collect

Lead form data — your name, WhatsApp number, restaurant name, outlet count, and (optionally) email. We collect this only when you fill in the demo form on this page.
WhatsApp messages — when you message the AskPooshkar bot, we store the message content, timestamps, and any media (invoice photos / PDFs) you forward. This is required to extract your invoice data.
Operational restaurant data — sales, inventory, purchases, recipes, ingredients — only what you choose to share with us via WhatsApp or your dashboard.

How we use it

To set up your demo and contact you about MarginIQ.
To extract structured data from invoices you forward us (we use Anthropic's Claude AI for this; the data leaves our servers only as part of the AI extraction call).
To compute and display margin metrics on your dashboard.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data to anyone.
We do not share your invoice data, recipes, or supplier info with other restaurants.
We do not advertise to you based on your data.

Retention

WhatsApp message logs are retained for 90 days for support and debugging. Your operational data (invoices, margins, dashboards) is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
